Classes are Wednesday and Thursdays 7pm to 9 pm.  

OUR PROGRAMMES:
Our programs are designed by our coaches for:
Fun & Fitness. Competitive results AND social fitness. Club fun to National Team.

4 Week Intro Course :  This one month of fencing gives you a rounded feel about our sport. It covers the basics .

Competitive Beginner Foil Youth 14 & under . Mondays  5:30 – 6:30.  This Course introduces the sport of fencing to youths and the world of competition . Excellent for the athletic student seeking a mental and physical challenge . Lindenwoods Youth Fencing Club.

Beginner Adult , Advanced and Masters Course : We welcome people who are new to the sport of Fencing (beginners), Fencing intermediates (1-3 years) and experienced/advanced Fencers.  

“Fencing is like playing chess at 100 miles an hour” – is a common descriptor often used for fencing, and it is so very true, once the mask goes on the games begin – both physical and mental. 

Fencing is really three sports in one due to the three weapons – foil, epee and sabre – and there are dynamic differences.  Foil is a point weapon, with a limited target area.  Action is fast and smooth, tactical and precise.
